A majority of their stores (including my local store in Naperville, IL) have lousy customer service! Why pay Menards high prices and be ignored by their rude sales people when I could go to the Depot, be ignored all the same, but pay lower prices? Many years ago, I used to shop at Menards due to the sales help I received but no longer. As they say...at least kiss me before you F^%k me!
