I found the service excellent, however I was disappointed that HAARP bit me. You'd think the government would keep a feral creature like HAARP under control, sadly I will have to give this 3/5 stars since obviously HAARP isn't trained well enough for me to rub it's belly. I also think I saw it defecate on the floor, sooo maybe potty train it big government?
