I can't give less than 1 star or I certainly would..Upselling and taking advantage of a young, alone, female buyer was the name of their game this week with my friend. They completely took advantage of her lack of knowledge and experience. I accompanied her back to the dealer the following day to try to help her minimize the victimization...it was too late. I would urge any buyer male or female to read the Florida Attorney General's New Car Buying Guide before going to any dealership. Always know that upselling in the finance office is where these dealers make more money...read online before you go about added warranties, GAP insurance, pre-paid maintenance and road hazard plans etc. Car buying shouldn't be painful but if you go to a dealer like the Tallahassee Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram, be certain you know what they're selling you before you go, and before you sign anything! Don't be a victim of upselling and don't drive it off the lot before you review everything you thought you were buying!
