I have never waited less than an hour for an oil change; once, it was 4 hours. My most recent visit was the shortest wait time but the crew managed to forget to put valve stem covers on my tires. They have been damaged and/or missing since I bought the car from Tallahassee DCJ. The front desk lady, Jenn, was wonderful. She wrote down my request and even asked the guys to make sure it was done. It wasn't. If the oil changes weren't part of the purchase agreement, I would go elsewhere.
