The reviewer that said "downright negligent" really nailed it. Had our home appraised, and appraisal had numerous errors (laminate flooring instead of hardwood, wrong square footage (by 400 square feet!), wrong tax value, comps that were 5 miles away in a different area of town altogether. Would not fix all of the issues in the appraisal despite the fact that prior appraisals were 200k higher. Made an otherwise easy process difficult. Zero professionalism or even sanity in the whole process. Insulting, unprofessional, and quite possibly insane.
