Don't go for interview they are just wasting the time not hireing any one whole day gone.
Just conducting fack drive they will ask questions from Google in front of you and your answer should match with Google.

A good company with a lot of perks for the employees.

One thing is clear all those who could not clear the interviews are writing BAD comments. People who are working or left has not written anything bad....

Scrap company, doesn't know how to conduct interview, they wasted my time.

As many people mentioned below, I also attended interview on a Saturday the scheduled time was 10.30 am I went and saw like 20 -30 people already waiting. The time went from 11-12-1 pm after 1 pm only they called me and the guy asked only three questions and I answered all of them, he told he will give HR feed back. No one contacted me thereafter. kudos to your interview process!! I had to travel 20 km to and fro for this. Waste of time!

Three of Rounds of interview and they told me that there is a
Final Discussion with Director Most Probably They Will Reject With out Any Resign
Finally After Attempt the company interview you come to know that you are wasted your time with them.
i hope they are looking for person who is too much intelligent and the one can handle the Entire Projects in their organisations.
if any select by mistake we may give Last Choice for this company if no Offers in Hand.

First interview on sat : 10 mcq + code + error solving on paper
2nd round after waiting for like 3 hours : f2f on the same day, i left
3rd round : they contacted me back and arranged telephonic
4th round : again telephonic no one joined TWICE

after clearing 4 round conclusion is we can even match your current CTC
Followed up for the other opportunity quite long
finally arranged and f2f (more like how we will reject you) : expectation : there should be no difference bw 12 yrs experienced and 3yrs experienced
you should have exact to exact set of skills which is mentioned
you should have followed the same procedure and tools we are doing
interviewer is more interested in explaining questions and saying "ok let it be, i am running late" rather then listening to your answer and explanation.

Note to all people attending interview here: Interviewing here is a loooong process. I went in at 10AM and came out at 4:30PM. Lunch is NOT provided by them.

In the first round interviewer was good. 2nd round Interviewer (most likely client or manager)clearly was not a software engineer. He had mugged up some terminology like null check, wait and notify, LinkedHashMap and avoided all follow up questions. Read below for more details.

This interviewer used give a pat on my back whenever he passed by. If you are reading this, dude we are in an interview not in a CHAI SHOP ,behave professionally.

In the 2nd round, interviewer had clearly mugged up questions and answers. Each question was asked in just 1 or 2 words. Whenever I asked follow-up questions he used to just skip the question and ask next one.

eg: In LRU implementation, I told him its best to use minHeap as we can remove the least recently used object in O(1) time. His response was using LinkedHashMap is best approach. When I asked him HOW, he had NO ANSWER.

Telephonic interview: which I cleared
Skype interview: which also I cleared
Face to face technical: which also I cleared
And all panelist are also impressed from me.
One more tech maneger round.
But at the end HR will not respond you... There are some professionalism that you should respond your mail but they will not. They will simply waste your time.

And yes one more line for those who are writing... "That you are not selected that's why you are writing bad".
We don't have free time...if we are giving respect to your company by attending all interview. Atleast we expect some response from your side.

Nice interview process, onboarding was also very good considering covid situation.

Their process of interview was really good and they evaluate well. So interviewees prepare well DS,ALgos,and whatever related to you are appearing for.

Come here to attend telephonic interview..I don't know why they call me to attend telephonic interview in there office.. Seems like they are making sure that we are not bots. Yes they're rite it's 2019, the era of AI.

Pathetic Interview Panel ... I went there for Java interview .
for me total 3 round happened .
1. Technical round
2. Technical round
3. Insult Round
And full day wasted

Pathetic company I have ever seen.. They don't know how to behave.. My suggestion for future candidates don't go for the interview if you have self respect.

Please don't waste time in attending an interview with Accolite. Like several other comments below, there is absolutely no clarity in their hiring process whatsover.

Interviewers think of themselves like they are working and interviewing for Google or Facebook. But I am pretty sure after clearing interview you will end up maintaining or supporting legacy applications which run on java 1.5. I think it's HR fault that they bring bunch of noobies to interview senior people.

Interviewers are worst ,they don't know anything how to do interview. they will ask the questions from laptop if we give best answer they wont select us.

Am giving review after reading all the reviews. One thing is clear that getting job in Accolite is really tough because in interview the questions they asked is kind of Amazon, facebook, Google inteviews questions and i liked the interview process and the way they coordinated with me during whole process. Thanks to Accolite and the entire HR team.

Worst interview panel. Not ready to know about the candidates. Even they can't spare a min to introduce themselves. Spoke very rude and unprofessional.

Giving interview here wastage of time...they called me for interview. I cleared 3 rounds. I answered all the their question in proper way and whatever I couldn t answer was not in my resume. And after clearing three round they said that they are looking for someone who is good in XYZ technology. Go only there if you have a lot of time or free...

Wasted my whole day by going to interview here. In the last round the guy who was conducting interview was not technically sound and was unprofessional. He used to just ask a question and run to chat with his colleagues.
Suggestion: Remove such non-sense interviewers. Learn how interview should be conducted professionally. or else you are just wasting candidate's time.

I went for React JS interview and the person who took my interview didn't know anything. The worst company, it wasted my full day. Interviewers doesn't have knowledge, they are seeing laptop to ask questions and if you answer something that they don't know or heard of then they will either start googling or say that you are incorrect. It was not interview it was a kind of college exam(2 written test), they wanted me to write all the imports which we use in our application and some traditional syntax instead of asking technical and logical questions. Please don't waste people's time and if you don't have knowledgeable people to take interview then outsource them, one more advice instead of page pen written test take coding test on system.

After answering all the questions correctly i got rejected because my interviewer was not able to search my answers on google to cross verify it.

Worst and useless HR Dept.

They never respect candidates nor they has time for responding candidates mails.

HR people were busy with eating foods and chit chats but no time for candidates nor values.

Useless panels and unprofessional HR dept.

For timepass people, it's a good company.

It's a good Company to work. There is no legacy kind of work that someone has mentioned above witout knowing about it. Go there for interview if you think you are strong un core Java, data structures, problem solving. If you clear the itervinte you Will get above your expected CTC.

Worst company ever. Here they will ask your feedback to everyone of your team members. No job assurance. They will kick you off if they don't like you. Here if you know Hindi you can survive . Team leads dont have enough capability to run the team. No process oriented project. If you come up with new ideas definitely they send you out. If you really want to work here you must have to keep your self respect, guts, prestige everything aside. I wasted one month of time by working here. Even if u report this is with director or anyone , it's useless. Per month they kick off 4 plus employees. Full of stress, mental torture. They are inhumans. One hour once need to give the task update. From 9am to 11 PM need to stretch. All status and scrum calls will be in hindi only. No KT will be available. Dont think of joining here. Then you guys will ruin your life.

Personally i felt very bad about the HR team,i am not talking about the company ,the company will be grow if the HR is team is doing good,else as i we need to write bad Review on company.
I visited the this company on 18th Jan-2020 for interview purpose,i respected the the HR as they Scheduled the interview so i was there office at 7.30 in the early Morning ,but Nobody was there finally the reception girl came but none of interviewer came,so formality purpose that girl given girl given me Test,i have finished the test.I am following those guys but there is no respond.Please dont play with the employee,we are respecting you guys and the Job.please dont treat like hell with Job Seeker.Please guys dont waste your Time being here,Before going Interview for this company please read all the Review,if you want to hurt youself than go attended..the company is very Good ,but the HR team is very worst.
