I had an appoinmetn for oil change and tire rotation toaday at 8:15 am . I got my car back at 10:58. It took almost 3 hours for an oil change and I am not sure if they performed tire rotation. Look like they are in a hurry and did not wash my car or give ne a receipt for what they did either. I planned to do nany things in that morning but I cannot due to wasting 3 hours for an oil change. Horrible! I don't want to come back.
