I went in to try and trade in my vehicle. I was working with Mark who is the finance guys there. went in spent over an hour completing all the paperwork only to never receive a call back from him or anyone in that dealership. I called a few days later to follow up on my application, again my call was fwd to voicemail and never returned. I finally decided to try and reach another salesman to see what was going on who said they couldnt do anything for me since Mark was the one that new my acct and what was going on with it. Finally they transferred me to a "Manager," yet again another voicemail that was left never heard back from anyone here. Do not go waste your time here seriously!! Its annoying that no one can take a few minutes out of there day to just give you an update or tell you they cant do anything for you if that is the case.
