Awful place, be careful! They tried to add charges...

Awful place, be careful! They tried to add charges to the car I purchased when questioned I was told that i probably didn't understand that I don't speak english enough... It has beed 3 and half years since I first time tried to stop the junk mail they send me and no success, I do call them every single time I receive a junk mail and I was even told by them: "why don't you simply ignore them?" Are they for real?! Now I am trying to find out how to file a complain. I just received 3 junk mails this month (9/2016)
UPDATE: its 10/2017 and I just received another junk mail along with a advertizing phone call last month, they are worse then scabies!
