I called Jim Ellis location to schedule an appoint...

I called Jim Ellis location to schedule an appointment in service. A sales answered told me he transfer me to service...no one in service picked up the call and I was redirected I guess back to sales office. The sales rep was very rude and told me that if nobody answered it s because they are with someone and won t stop what they are doing just to answer my call. I fully understand that businesses get busy but the tone of the sales person was so rude and what he said made me think that customers are important.
