Horrible. Got here on August 24, poor service from the front gate and it's still continuing. Power was out for 4 hours and no back up plan such as generators to help this situation. Finally got into the room at 8 pm. No complimentary anything for the hours missed on this once a year vacay. Get to the room, terrible smell in the room. Decided since we were already late into the room and the reception area was chaos that we better stick it out. Next day after cleaning it was even worse. Left door open for couple hours still no change. Had to move to a different room. Went to spa, very poor service there and spent $450. Breakfast was nothing more than a Hampton Inn complimentary meal w added fruits which were delicious but then the bill for this was $60 for 2 people. I am totally disappointed in this stay. The only thing I can say is that this is definitely not a 4 star hotel. I would say maybe 2-3. I will not be returning ever again.
