The service was correct at first glance despite having picked up my dog leaving me in the waiting room without giving me a reason. At the end of the consultation, nothing concrete can be said to me, I am offered a list of other exams to choose from ... which I decline. I come out of there with a prescription for several drugs but without knowing what the problem is. A few days later I realize that the poor thing was infested with ticks which made her sick and half psychotic ... when I contact them again to send me a prescription for the tick medicine the answer is no. This means that I have to go through the veto consultation box again, with the costs that this generates. They don't seem to know what they're doing, they make big mistakes (or they don't know about ticks ...), and refuse to be accommodating. I will no longer trust them.
