Broken fridge
A TV from the 1960s with little programming
One working socket in the whole room
Dirty walls and dirty sofa
The staircase is dingy
Incompetente and slow receptionists
The only positive comment concerns Mrs. Justyna - the maid. A very nice and competent person.
