If it was possible to give 0 stars I would. A year ago I was up sold on an after market xm radio. I paid $500 for it. Since then it has now gone out 3 times. The last time they replaced it their tech broke all the plastic pieces to my dash board and center console. I had to have Toyota fix it. Their customer service is horrible. When their tech broke my plastics they wouldn't come to my work to replace or fix it since they said it wasn't their product. All they keep telling me it was under warranty so I don't have to worry about it. Well that's fine now but what happens when my warranty expires? I have to pay out of pocket again every 4 months to have my radio fixed? I have to pay for the dealership parts out of pocket to replace plastic your company broke? I had a $100 xm radio in my last car from audio express and worked perfectly fine for 5 years. Not one issue. Save your money and go to audio express, cheaper, faster, and better quality as far as I'm concerned. Plus better customer experience since audio express stops what they are doing to at least acknowledge your there. I stood in the office at Kar Tunes for over 20 minutes and had workers even look me in the eye and never come in to service me. I had to walk out into their garage to have someone finally help me. Absolutely ridiculous!!!!
