I've never received such poor service, until using...

I've never received such poor service, until using Billion. It has been a nightmare since we bought and paid too much for a Honda Pilot that we were reassured was wonderful. When we came to trade it in, we were repeatedly apologized to that "we dealt with such a careless car salesman who is no longer with the company" and was so far upside down that it wasn't worth trading it. My credit was ran THREE times when i was reassured that wouldn't be done as we were just looking for a ballpark number for a Tahoe. I've had nothing but problems trying to use the warranty that I paid $2000 for and finally OVER a year after going back and forth, I finally got it in for warranty work, only to have it buffed out and returned more dirty then I took it in and told that the only part actually covered, was out of stock. Over two months have passed and no communication about the "back ordered" part, no updates, time frame, nothing. The warranty is now expired and worthless. I have never in my 37 years, had to deal with such poor service and follow through from a company before.
