I have never paid a fine so quickly just so I didn t have to have any communication with the people that work for this company. They have no idea what is going on! I kept getting return calls asking for payment that I had already processed and when I called them back (had to call the mobile number back because the voicemails they leave are 15 seconds of silence until they hang up, which is so unprofessional) they told me that no one from the company had even spoke to me even though I had the email address of the man and email evidence. I had to sit on the phone with them for 20 minutes while they figured out why anyone had even called me!! Time wasters!
