I have already mentioned on a review about my credit card misusage. I am writing this because, after 3 days I again spoke with another desk staff who was going to write me an email with their account team Cc'ed. He infact typed my email address. But bed. An hour that I never received an email. wonder what takes more than hour to write an email. I'm sure the hotel staff would completely ignore this review. But I need my issue to be sorted as a urgent matter.
