I went in on an appointment for a software recall....

I went in on an appointment for a software recall. I was told it should take a few minutes. I also mentioned that my right DRL was out and if they could check it out. I waited for 3 hours because the are "busy". About every hour or so I would ask the service advisor and he would tell me they are busy and are diagnosing the problem.

After 3 hours he said I needed to wait for them to order the entire headlight assembly because it does not have a bulb ant its LED. I feel this should have not taken 3 hours to diagnose. More than likely they are trying to bill GM for the max but from the LED statement, it seems they could have just place an order for the assembly instead of having me wait 3 hours with my kids in the waiting room.
