Deserves zero stars. After a 13 year relationship with Volkswagen dealerships in two states, I bought a 2 year old Toyota from a private seller. Of course, I took my new vehicle to a dealer expecting the outstanding customer service I had received from dealerships in the past. I was more than disappointed at Larry H. Miller. This service department suffers from poor leadership (the service manager was shockingly ineffectual), rampant disorganization, non-existent communication, and incompetent staff. I wouldn't recommend the service department to anyone and I won't be back. If you choose to take your vehicle to LHM, expect a frustrating experience. Get every quote in writing!
