I have never been in this hotel but I have climbed...

I have never been in this hotel but I have climbed several times to its roof. The roof terrace is amazing and is open to the public in spring and summer from 8 pm. But you see calmly since neither the service nor the attention are the best and there are always long waits for you to attend and bring you the command.
