I have been playing guitar for over 30 years. I have visited almost every music store in southern Ontario. I must say The Arts is by far my favorite music store. I am encouraged to try any guitar in the shop. The sales staff are extremely friendly and helpful without being pushy. I find the pricing is very reasonable. The staff goes out of there way to make sure you are well taken care of. Can't recommend them enough.
