We had the transmission in my husband's truck rebuilt at an Aamco in West Virginia. My husband does oil/gas work and travels all over the country and happened to be working in Ohio when his transmission problems started. After the rebuild, my husband was not satisfied with how the newly rebuilt transmission was performing, so I called Chuck at Aamco in Houston and explained the situation to him. He was more than happy to help and diagnosis problems and help us with our issues right over the phone and suggested some after market parts that would help to keep the transmission temperature down will the truck was idling. Chuck's advice really helped to put my husband at ease over his transmission and his advice was extremely helpful. I would recommend this Aamco location to anyone. Chuck definitely knows what he is talking about and truly cares about your situation and is willing to help in any way possible. When my husband gets back to Texas, we will be driving the 100 miles to his shop and have the after market parts Chuck suggested put on the truck.
