My experience in the past with this company, was negative until Ernesto walked into my home. His warm and caring attitude towards my heating problems was genuine. Knowing my confidence level was low with this company, he reeled me in quickly with his honest, quick repair service, all at a reasonable cost. In addition, he discussed my options and warranty services available. No pressure to join, like in the past. I have to admit, I was truly snake bit prior with this company, but Ernesto regained my confidence, because of his knowledge, trustworthiness, and experience. When Ernesto came back downstairs, I was waiting for the results of his consultation, when in fact he had completed all the problems, such as loose wires, dirty flame sensors, and had checked all components so that my heating system was back in service.
