Quite happy to pay what I owe but don't appreciate...

Quite happy to pay what I owe but don't appreciate bully tactics. Advisors - use that term loosely - all say different things and when a payment went out on a monday instead of the Saturday it was classed as a breach and it was my fault!! Even though they had already told me payments don't go out on a weekend!! They just leave me flabbergasted but i must also say that one of the advisors I spoke to did know her job and had some common sense
