I called in on 3/8/19 to purchase a 2017 Prius they had in stock. Spoke to Irene Rios and asked to to take a video of the car since I was coming from far away and was purchasing the car cash and wanted a quick and seamless experience. She told me there was a video of the car online which there isn't, and she made it seem like a very hard task for her to take a video of the car with her phone. Sounded annoyed, she agreed to send a video which as expected never happened. Im very disappointed with this dealership; ive purchased 4 cars this last year and never once had a problem with such a simple task. Toyotas aren't rare cars and I would suggest looking elsewhere if customer service was important to you. - Kayvon
