They tell you it will save you money. They tell you that the Global fee is already on your current bills its not! My first bill doubled. They are heartless individuals. When I asked how they slept at night they said very well. They give you the run around when it comes to management first saying they don't have any so when I ask him then who signs his checks he says no ones available. Then they try to give me the run around by saying I am talking to a manager but its their co worker. Now they want $500 from me. I have no idea how they sleep at night knowing they are ruin peoples lives. How can you work for a company, how do you not feel guilt for what that company stands for. That CEO the employees and everyone in there you all have no souls
