Review of El Paso Residence Inn

We got stationed here in El Paso Texas.

We stayed at Residence Inn by Marriot.
I am disabled and needed a walk in Shower. For the first two weeks Nothing was available. We finally got a walk in Shower. I was sitting on the couch in the hotel. I was watching TV and I felt something crawling on my left. I had
11 Mite bites to my left leg. I filled out the incident report . I gave them the doctor report and they Acknowledge that it did happen in the room.
Thy took the cushion out and never brought it back. The floors was flooded from the air condition unit. Right away the Assistant manager said Ho No This is Dog Pee. I got Angry with her and told her to open the door where the air conditioner unit is... well they opened it the water poured out.. she vacuumed it up.
They said OCA had to send a report.
They said the didn't find anything.
In ending my statement. I would never stay there. If you do stay there. Don't
Except to have your room dusted. It was one of the most horrible times we have had...
