After visiting multiple dealers, I finally made my way to Prestige Subaru and met with John B. Over the course of a couple weeks, I had a few poor dealer experiences and was worried I d get more of the same at Prestige. However, John was thoughtful, understood my needs, and answered my questions with ease and certainty. I didn t feel pressured or obligated at any point, nor did I feel like I was being treated unfairly. The dealership, though small, was warm and friendly. Everyone was easy to talk to. The buying process went at my own pace, which was something I didn t feel at other dealerships in the area. Overall, I look forward to my future purchases at Prestige Subaru.
