I will actually say zero stars for the service dep...

I will actually say zero stars for the service department at Billion Kia. Billion does not care about their customers. I called their main offices with a complaint and was told someone would call me back. Never heard a word from them. They put new tires on my car that only lasted 13 months......never again will I set foot in any of Billions dealerships.
