Thought I had a policy...gave a credit card for monthly pay'mts a few years back and supprise ! Credit card expired and so did automatic payments...No Pet Insurance No phone call to get new credit card number.Called the toll free number and waited 9 minutes on hold to get the good news? What ever happened to a phone call? Must not need business? Maybe I will rate them higher later as I'm re enrolling.
