Mike Rocco - The best thing that ever happened to Larry H. Miller! My husband and I chose to use Larry H. Miller when we first bought our Prius and we have been traveling there from Wyoming to service this vehicle since 2006. During that time we recommended LHM to many people here in Wyoming as a competent and friendly service option for their vehicles. Unfortunately for the last 3 or so services the quality of service and the way we were treated by the service department representative during that time had deteriorated.

Mike Rocco changed our previous unsatisfactory experience into a 100% positive, professional, courteous and informative encounter. Through his excellent customer care we are happy to report that we will be referring LHM to more of our friends and associates and we will continue to use Larry H. Miller as our choice in the future. It is worth a 200 mile drive to be confident you are in good hands. You acquired a very valuable asset when you acquired Mike Rocco as your Assistant Service Manager!
