I had an interlock device installed at another Smart Start Center in Gilbert. I noticed a problem right after I got it installed with starting my car. I went back to the installer and they refused to look at the problem.

I called KarTunes in Tempe for a second opinion and spoke with Jason. He asked me to bring my car in to see if something was not done properly. When I dropped by today he had a technician look at the problem and was able to figure out why I was having trouble starting my car and we diagnosed the problem with out charging me. I received outstanding customer service and am going to take my car over to KarTunes to get my monthly interlock calibration. I am glad I decided to call KarTunes for a second opinion!
