We worked with Jason Canulla from Key Realty in Boston to buy our first home. We have no hesitations in saying that he made the entire process so much easier and less stressful, than what we were expecting it to be. As first time home buyers we were very anxious and had several questions about the process itself, various steps in buying a home and best neighborhoods to balance budget with our key requirements.

Jason was always very calm and took all the efforts in explaining us each and every detail. He came over with us for open houses and never hurried himself in checking out the place as well as the locality- he has great acumen for figuring out the pros and cons of each place. We were very impressed with his patience and his perspectives about selecting a place- they helped us to facilitate our decision-making.

He and his team are on top of everything. He was always available to address our questions- be it after-work hours, on weekends or during his travel trips. He also connected us to the lender and lawyer - we had a great experience with them as well. We think they all make up a very coordinated team, that eventually makes the entire experience for a buyer pretty smooth.
