Installer did a terrible job. Broken bolts door wouldn't slide. No outside handle. Stripped off bolts, lock didn't line up....list goes on. After a phone call, they promised to return later that day. They did not. I called again. and he returned 5 hours late, 4 days later. (the non working door has already been paid for in full).
When he returned, he promised to make it all right and replace the stripped out panel (said it would be 2 weeks). I heard nothing for 3 weeks and called again. The girl on the phone said that the tech was on vacation and that nothing had been ordered yet.
I asked for my credit card to be refunded until this was made right. Girl promised to call me back on Monday with confirmation of the order and my credit card refund. She never called. I am now a Month without my money and still no working door! Incredibly bad communication, bad service and terrible installation.
