Very objective review / November 30, 2019 for 1 night

* Kleenex box empty !!!!
* Milk ( milk to go ) Best before date November 21 !!! we are now November 30....
* Certainly the worst shower head, drops by drops, my wife could not wash her long hair, it will take a very long time.
* Heating system is coming from the ceiling, very dry on your face in the morning
* Not sure if the staff is qualified enough or / and received the right training..
