I found the customer service to be at this location to be pleasant and expedient. I brought my 2008 Honda element in for four separate issues, three of which are remedied. The fourth was a shaking form the front end while accelerating. I was told this was due to a faulty transmission mount. It was replaced and the paper work states the vehicle had been test driven and all was well. Unfortunately there is no change leading me to believe the vehicle had not been test driven and I'm still not sure as to what the actual problem is.
Also, not that I'm looking for free anything but for dropping $2000 it'd be nice to pick up a clean car.
At the end it felt more like a turn and burn hi volume shop rather than a business interested in repeat clients.
