I was car shopping like mad. Test driving everything I could. I found a used red Mazda on Car Gurus that I wanted to drive and lucky for me, Doug was the Mazda man on the floor when I showed up at the dealer to ask about the car. He was down to earth, funny, patient and I trusted him. I purchased the car that day and the Mazda dealer gave me the best trade in deal that any dealer had yet to offer me. The only reason this doesn't get 5 stars is because I had to take the car to get an inspection sticker the next day and they took it across the street for inspection and during the inspection a piece of metal behind my wheel got bent...so I drove it away and found it had a horrible noise ...so I had to take it back to get it looked at...costing me 1.5 extra hours late for work. How something gets messed up during an inspection is beyond me. But they fixed it. And thus far I dig my car and I trusted Doug. And the dealership has snacks at the service. Score for me.
