Touchstone Properties

They have been rude to me over the phone. They have poor customer service. They seem disorganized and lack professionalism. I would never use them again and I would urge anyone to stay from using them. I had damage to Condo from the Condo above me. This damage happens 2 months ago and I am still waiting to be Reimbursed for the drywall repair. I left left numerous messages and emails with Touchstone and still no response. It is the worst management service I have ever experienced
