I left a 2 messages on March 12th to find out information if the Royal Palm was Phase 1, 2, 3, 4 or 5. I left a message on March 13th asking if anyone got my message and the receptionist said when the admin assistant gets in she will ask her to check her voice message and she will call me back. The receiptionst seemed impatient and acted like I was being a pest. It sound like they are becoming like Associa.

An incredibly poorly ran company. All of these poor reviews are completely justified. For being a property management company they don t actually do any management. They appear to only be an intermediary for association dues collection. Our property is managed by Gordon Heinke, complete failure. Does not respond to emails and knows literally nothing about the property. As owners it seems strange to have a clueless, faceless and worthless entity manage the property. I m not sure what this mans job is but it sure isn t property management. I encourage anyone reading these reviews to please leave one yourself. Hopefully social pressure and bad word of mouth will run these clowns out of business. Disgrace.

They sent out a letter on the first and I receive it in 4 days.
The letter states to pay the maintenance fee by the 31st of the month, so I send it out as soon as I can...on the 15th of the same month. A week later they send a late fee along with the payment, and a letter stating maintenance fees are due on the 1st of the month. First of all, how the heck do you make a payment by the 1st of the month when it's sent out on the first (letter clearly states the 1st) and I received it on the 4th. I called twice to make sure they got the payment but nobody called me back.
This company lacks professionalism and customer service.

This is the biggest scam I have ever run into. They charge late fees when the person who is supposed to call you back explaining about the actual fee never does, and when you call them back that person is never in the office. Google needs to implement the 0 star rating, or, the flag as scam or fraud button. Their workers attitude is beyond mediocre.

Claimed we didnt make a payment that we had proven was paid, and NEVER answer their phone. Were literally still trying to resolve an issue that started three weeks ago. Pathetic.

They have been rude to me over the phone. They have poor customer service. They seem disorganized and lack professionalism.

I would never use them again and I would urge anyone to stay from using them. I had damage to Condo from the Condo above me. This damage happens 2 months ago and I am still waiting to be Reimbursed for the drywall repair.

I left left numerous messages and emails with Touchstone and still no response. It is the worst management service I have ever experienced
