A learning / work training place for Adults with Disabilities. A great place, helping those individuals be productive.

What a waste of taxpayer dollars. This facility receives money to maintain highway rest areas, yet the doors and locks have been missing from them for years. I'm assuming they only won the bid because they don't pay their people minimum wage.

I was at the south rest stop on I-5 between Las Pulgas and Oceanside.
today about 11:00am. I wanted to commend the staff and especially the lady who was cleaning the women's restrooms. She did a wonderful job and the restroom was spotless and smelled so fresh. The other parts of the rest stop were clean and tidy and folks were working steadily and conscientiously while my sister and I were there.
Thanks you all so much! It as a pleasure to stop there.

Very good place for persons who have a disablities. Staff are very good with all the. Clients.

I'm no longer interested in the hvac program that cost 20 something thousands which is more than 2 years college program and more than coding bootcamps I suggest that you guys lower the program price by at least 70% and offer pay after you get paid options to get people like me to sign up thank u
