If I could rate 0 stars I would! Staff was the rudest staff I've ever dealt with in my entire life! Had to complain 3 times that our AC was broke...not just uncomfortable and we were whining..it was BROKE. The maintenance man came in and said I shouldnt ASSUME it works like my home AC and it's a hot weekend. No...i just wanted to to work in general for the money we are paying. So finally at midnight the switch our rooms. Midnight. Also, breakfast buffet....not worth the money even after the $10 off coupon. It was your basic hotel COMPLIMENTARY type buffet minus muffins and pastries. We are checking out a day early due to some unfortunate issues at home and before they even heard the rest of my question (about a possible refund for last night and parking) she shook her head no and said sorry, no refunds. What? You didnt even let me finish!! But really. I know there is a policy, but at least the last days worth if parking here?? Anyway, the falls were amazing and so beautiful. Our trip there was a blast. But I'll pay the college tuition and healthcare in the states....because the locals are not very welcoming at all!! Outta here!
