Food was okay, slightly above average, but nothing...

Food was okay, slightly above average, but nothing outstanding. I wonder if there's much competition in the area, otherwise no motivation to serve the best. Waitress didn't know her local rums, and the bartender wasn't great either. Margarita was syrupy. Mai tai also syrupy. Food was fair, but priced a good 30% over what it should be worth. Good ambiance tho and great location and view!
