California Amplifier Review

I ordered an Orange MicroTerror on September 3rd from GoDpsMusic, paid my $152, contacted them about how excited I was to buy it, and got an immediate response that it was going out the next day. Then...crickets. Nothing at all in the way of a response to my daily messages. And I mean I ve been asking (politely pleading) a lot. Finally, I timidly requested a refund on 9/14, but still noted that if he shipped it I would retract my refund request. I m a pretty reasonable dude.

Now I read these reviews and see that I was dealing with thieves. Truth is, I m not even mad. These guys gotta look themselves in the mirror every day and know that they are hurting musicians (who have been hurting so much already recently). I feel sorry for them and hope they can find peace somehow. Enjoy my money, guys. I hope it serves you well.

Its hard enough shopping for music instruments online but I bought the wrong kind of guitar they want to charge you 20% to restock the guitar when it is brand new...

Ordered a ukulele from them more than a week ago. Still has not shipped. No answers, no useful information. And they refuse to refund me.

Ordered a guitar for Christmas, shipping label and receipt confirmed correct information. Surprised when opened to a completely different cheaper guitar. I could have bought the cheap guitar from them and saved $50. Godpsmusic if you want to change my review do what s right and I will post so everyone can see you have integrity. If not reap what you sow!

If I could respond with no star I would. Order an item online through amazon and still waiting for my order to arrive. Contacted seller (GoDpsMusic) with no response. it was only a couple bucks but it still deserves a response letting me know where my item is. Also it says seller does not provide shipping info. Big thumbs down to this company. Will not make this mistake again. Don t know how they are still in business.

This store is absolutely incredible. I purchased a gear bag from them one year ago. I didn't use it much, but when I did use it, upon lifting, the bag ripped at the seam. Well, I wasn't expecting much and sent the company an email expressing my disappointment with the quality. Within an hour, I had a response from the GoDps saying, no questions asked, we'll ship you out another one. Within a couple days, I received my new bag. Boy, this was like dealing with LL Bean. Great customer service and they stand by their products. EXCELLENT!

Worst experience buying anything in my life. A month to ship. Lie after lie and no return of messages. When it finally did arrive it was broken badly and I was then promised a replacement. Almost a month later and nothing . Fly by nights.

Don't keep up with their online stores. Tried ordering something from Amazon only to later find out my order was cancelled and the same guitar was still listed with a different case even though they clearly didnt have it in stock. Tried calling many times and leaving voicemails while they were open and never heard back. I would give them 0 stars if I could. If you're shopping online just go to musicians friend.

Lies and lies about when it would arrive, and when it did it was damaged, tried to contact them but no response. Wish I had just gone to the closest music store instead of ordering from them online.

Nothing but scam artists here. They will take your money, never ship your package and ignore any type of inquiry from you.
