My husband and I went in to pick up a mirror to go on in the spot where the glass had shattered due to a collision with another pickup. When Mandy Moody noticed that we had sat outside her office for awhile without being waited on. She came out and asked us what was the problem. The service man was busy and not able to get to us to assist in putting the mirror on the truck. She noticed that the plastic piece was broken and would require that the entire mirror would have to replaced. She assisted us in getting it ordered.
Then, when it came in, she called us and also told us that her team would be assisting in putting the mirror on.
