Terrible service Katie simmons was just tryna get a sell and not providing me wit a great customer service experience she called twice wit different cars other then wha I wanted and when she found a vehicle of interest she never told be that I had a small window takin me through days of the process to get in the vehicle she told me to come in and on the day I was too come in after i told her that i was comin she told me it was sold come tellin me in her response tha they cant hold vehicles without a deposit made me feel that she wasnt trained well really wasted my time got my hope's up for nothing even tho I told her initially my situation wit my credit and down payment
