Update: after waiting two days to hear from them following their comment below I am giving up. I assume they just posted something here to make them look like they care. I lowered the rating to two stars. Plenty of better places to stay.
Luxury is overstatement. We booked room with king bed but got two queens. Our room smelled like ashtray- ppl were smoking cigars there and all smoke was getting in, it was also bit outdated. We called front desk and they first offered us a fan to get rid of the smoke... And when we complained it was getting worse and we will leave they offered us upgraded room. We agreed and they got us identical room three floors above, no upgrade even farther from everything. This time no smell so I guess it is upgrade for them. I guess me moving in middle of stay to exact same room is luxurious experience in OC. The Chrome streaming in rooms where you have to do it through your phone is also an odd choice for a hotel. I would not stay here again.
