My wife just received a cold call from them today trying to sell or schedule an estimate regarding HVAC service. She listened to the call and politely told the salesman that she d talk it over with me(her husband) first since I was taking a nap and the salesman said you need to talk to your husband to do this? and she said yes when it involves someone coming into our home. First off that was really condescending and two, unprofessional. Never used this company before and with that experience never will. My parents use Buetler, now they won t and we will tell everyone we know. Train and monitor your sales people on the phones making cold calls. Terrible...
