Worked with Ryan at the service center. Are you kidding me? He said service will take one hour but it took 2 hours. I have bunch of important things to do afterwards and it caused extreme inconvenience. If you said honestly from the beginning it is fine if it takes 2 hours or 10 hours. But if you promise certain time keep it because people actually have things to do
