Heard wonderful things about this dealership, but ...

Heard wonderful things about this dealership, but they were far from the truth. Had an awful experience here. First of all, the sales associate seemed to not know what was going or what he was doing. After making us wait at least 2 hours, he appears again and we start negotiating. We reach an agreeable price after some back and forth between us and the manager, Michael Alagretti. In the end, the guy comes out and he's so aggressive and borderline aggressive. We ask the sales guy about 5 times if the price we're being offered is "out-the-door." Goes to the manager to check and comes back and says that it is. We agree on the deal, he gives us the keys and sends up to the finance department. Another 2 hour wait here. Finally, the finance guy calls us and lets us know that they will be adding $3000 extra for taxes. Apparently, these idiots didn't know what out the door meant. Now the aggressive manager is called in, starts arguing with us. Calls the sales guy and makes him lie about telling us it was out the door. At this point, the manager is basically YELLING at us and the sales guy is sitting guiltily in the corner, trying not to make eye contact with us. In the end, we took our business elsewhere. Rude, aggressive, and hostile.
