Having arrived in Toronto and our original booked accommodation was less than acceptable we stumbled upon this. Couldn't have been happier with genuinely great happy smiley staff, nice big clean rooms, express lifts, swimming pool, gym, comfy bed, excellent housekeeping staff, attentive breakfasts staff and a really good breakfast buffet. What more can I say?
Only negative would be that the hotel needs to get it's reservations in order. We booked the first night direct but then went to an online booking agent and got a rate 15% less to include breakfast for the next 4 nights. Make sure you shop around!
